Notes

Still feeling yesterday's 10k PR, so decided I was going to be conservative on distance/time/pacing today. Saved all my energy for the GRP portion of the run. Feeling meh about today's workout, took a lot out of me and felt like a lot of work but I was pretty tired and still managed to hit my paces for the most part. Wouldn't consider it a confidence killer, I'm just glad it's over with.
