Took this really easy. My total mileage from Sat/Sun/Mon was pretty much equal to what my weekly totals were while having my foot problem, so my legs were tired. I allowed myself a minute or so walk break at the start of each mile.

Add into it the fact that my calves were screaming at me for the first mile or so, plus I had a sidestich from about .75 to 1.5. I was tempted to turn around and head back to Harriet at the mile but convinced myself that the cramps would go away eventually and stuck it out.
