If it's possible to be both really happy and really disappointed with the same race result, I think I am. This is close to a 3.5 minute PR over last year, but after a really promising start I was hoping for more. For the first 2+ miles I was in front of people who I am normally not in front of and I was smelling a prime opportunity to not be the last team member in, for once. But the middle miles got to me and I wasn't able to hold on. That really (*#@$ frustrates me.
