Felt GREAT for the first 8-10 miles. Headed to Calhoun and Isles, then came back down to Harriet and did 3-4 miles on Minnehaha Parkway. Bonked a bit heading down the parkway then bonked bigtime on the way back up to Harriet. Was my own stupid fault, I had no sports drink and only 1 Gu, which I had at Isles about 45 minutes into the run. I then did the next hour and 45 minutes with nothing but water.
