Notes

Same warmup. Qigong breathing into Animal flow. Loaded ankle, knee CARs. Standing Hip CARs. 4 mile run with shoes through Nonotuck. Repeated the Qigong and AF cycle at 2 miles in the park. Right Achilles was pretty sore at the start and after the movement break. As the night went on, I'm pretty sure I figured out how to properly cue hip and pelvis upstream to properly flex and extend, and dulled the pain to irritation level rather than re-injury level. Also banged out 10x C2B at the park, on the way out of Noontouck, in protest of the park-closed-due-to-Covid sign.
