With ease, this feels so much easier. Races are quickening me, so I know my body is ripe for speedwork. I'm holding off. Maybe take the fartlek structure up a notch next week once, then see what I think after tearing round the St. Patty's course. My legs were heavy. My back is much better, and I'll take a nice long run with easy stretches in it on Saturday. Duration and fuel are the big goals, staying strong over time.
