Notes

To Mill pond rec area with Nye 8:41, 8:14, then some drop sets on the dip bar and on the grass. We did handstand tucks, tuck dips, and standing russian dips, animal flow, and drop sets of tuck jumps, jumping squats, and air squats. Ran back in 8:31, 8:19, negative splits! Full animal flow stretching with Nye before and after. We sat and watched some video and dialed in a couple new moves. Great afternoon.
