Notes

Very warm out. Felt more comfortable the further I ran, splits 9:18, 8:58, 8:38. Stopped at 3 and walked the remainder, felt good doing it. I was focusing on form for the entire run and focusing on walking form allowed me more attention to breathing. Met a lot of friends I hadn't seen since the accident, passing them during the run. Great feeling.
