Cooled down with 2. 15 HSPU at the pumphouse, 10 pullups at the tree.

Oh, and ran all this with no toe spreaders or anything. First non-assisted run in weeks.

Was worried since Monday that I blew out my ACL. Sore at jiu-jitsu, but I think the damage was done doing either too much inversion table or weighted hanging rows. Everything was fine tonight though, and did some weighted rows today with no issue. Definitely feel the ligaments in the back of my knee strained if no longer sore, with the freshly knitted tight feeling.
