Didn't feel too bad, despite not having run for 3 days. Maybe because I hadn't run for 3 days. Easy 9:30 first mile, and a couple 7:30's for 3 and 4. The rest a nice 8 ish cruise. Glad to feel so comfortable on the same day as a massive deadlift workout, lifting twice my bodyweight 3 times on the 6th set.
