Saizfitness crab, front, side kickthrough warmup, and at the summit. Ran much more than I expected. Didn't stop until up several steps of the steep switchback. Ran more than 50% after that to the summit. Some help from having company on the trail. This was a complete success as far as electrolyte supplementation with bhb. New mix with magnesium as well as sodium added to the basic 4:1. Feeling better about Greylock this next weekend.
