Ran as far as the first forward facing rocks, very good. Ran again at the trail crossing toward the vertical. Ran down and turned the corner to run up again, but stopped. The arm was feeling sore, as it had yesterday temporarily. I was feeling very good otherwise, had already pushed it and realized I don't need to push it further and find some point of real injury. I tested the 2nd day fitness gain and scored well, the shoulder feels much better today than yesterday, what more am I looking for? Also, I'm having a significant amount of elbow and bicep soreness too, no need to fire all of this up, nothing to gain from it.
