Notes

Good strong run, 23:XX at the split. I pushed hard for the first half, and took it easy back up the long slow rise pushing once I got up to the top. I took the descents fast too, only almost fell when I slowed down. Stirred up a Moose by the ridgeline pool on Upper Yeti.
