Probably ran more than a mile of this, hiked most, but this was my official return to running. Nye did the whole 11 mile loop, only half an hour longer than my 2 hours. Only one weird pain in my foot, on the inside edge of my big toe and metatarsal something popped while hiking downslope. Otherwise, no ankle issues. My hips are beat to hell, but working on my mobility this past couple weeks will hopefully ease the typical death knots at Sleepy hollow. Lots of solid climbing in today, was pretty wiped out until I drank my kefir. Nye was absolutely zombie like running back. Good prep for Sleepy hollow.
