Much better than last week. Still didn't do the gravel pit routine, just the fast footwork. Grabbed once on the pullup tree, but arm too smoked by bjj to do a pullup. Did the climbers, and 2 cat crawls. Ran to the summit, but no other obstacles. Also, we started from the 202 side due to halfway to 5k race.
