COMMENTS: Ran the opposite direction from the race. Began to get a migraine aura a mile into it and kept going. Sure enough a sinus headache and miserable nausea followed within the hour. I barely could stay alert and focussed driving home, nasty end to a great race. Couldn't socialize at all. They only had soyburgers and ran out when I got in line, then too nauseous to eat.
