Dark so early. Cold. Long warmup with CARs and kettlebells.
Caught myself counting throughout the run, 10 strides at a time.
Before the last mile, realized I was not nasal breathing.
I was aware of stride mostly, looking for the Weck pulsing head-over-foot spiral.
Did focus on nasal breathing in most of the last dark mile and was 8:49.
10 seconds per mile is the minimum significant difference, I think.
