Notes

Felt much more solid and got comfy for most of the first mile without a lot of focus. The mile back I felt a little fatigued in the low back and amped everything up for a super clear visualization of my posture. This was connecting the pelvis/back, chest/ribs, and head/neck. Sort of helical links between all of these.
