Still feeling Toby in my legs. Crampy calves warming up. Otherwise, I ran a good strong race. Need to work in about 18 miles of slow running. Today's run broke 30 miles in one week for the first time in almost 2 months, 4th time this year. So, rest this weekend. Race up the Mt. Greylock road the following weekend. NO fast running till next thursday in any case, and maybe a slow long run. Maybe not.
