Saucony Grid Trigon ride 5 (Trigon2007)
Fun with Nye, who hasn't run a mile in over a month. He had a tough time but didn't complain much, wearing heavy slip on sneakers. We broke up the mile into manageable chunks, ending with 2 quarter miles 2:48, and 2:34.
