COMMENTS: Felt great to run fast. Lee finished right behind me by about a min. Headed straight out to my 4.4 mile summit run but felt cramping and pulling in my right calf and knee. Walked it off and stayed on the res and trails to my car. Awesome day, Dan M broke 40:00, Doug T. back from the DL.
