I threw my back out Saturday doing yardwork. This was painful today. I have an appt with the chiropractor on Wednesday, but have kind of committed myself to another run of my life tomorrow. Like I said, today hurt. Today I'm much better than Sunday. Tomorrow I may go out and run as much as I can. I ran out of my daily vitamin last Thursday. Now I'm injured. This always happens after a supplement/vitamin change. My diet also sucked last week. Combination of the two deficiencies is somewhat to blame, but I've also slacked off on the core workouts. Three strikes and my back went out, yeah thats the story.
