Stopped on the first uphill in the park when my arm was sore. No need to push it. I had probably let my mind wander and had some uncontrolled arm swing. I walked back to the gate about a quarter mile, stretched out, and ran with more awareness back the way I came. No more soreness running back, and none now unless I focus on it here as I type. I don't feel there is any need to worry about distance, reps, or intensity to the work at this point. Only frequency matters. Quality will build better on more frequent experiences regardless of intensity.
