Notes

While the laundry washed, did several sets of 3x Ape reach, 4x Front kickthrough, alternating. While the laundry dried:

5 sets 10x Pushup. Built in between 25x pullups, at least 15x Ape reach.

All the while, focusing on drawing ribs down, pelvic tuck, engaging the core down to my groin. Then, ran 2 miles. This was more difficult and possibly less successful. Multiple times, I'd turn or get distracted and my leg would fail. I felt the quad yank at the trochanter and pain was immediate. Still, the clicking TL junction.
