Jiu-Jitsu and ran despite a sore left glute that I think is my sciatic nerve. Feels good now, though the low back is a little clunky. Getting a nasty lower right ab cramp when raising my leg to take off pants, after runs. Kept it at bay today, but about a month ago it was debilitating. Hit me getting out of the bathtub. This run was good though. Felt slow and was slightly slower. Tired, no fuel really and probably not enough electrolytes.
