About 2 miles in, very bad calf pain. This has happened before. I was focusing on lower ab engagement to balance my hips and low back the whole way. Stopped to assess and stretch, AF stretches and some combat base switches. I got it to chill out a bit, but it was a real struggle back. Best thing was focusing on the front of the leg. Trying to balance my hips seems to expose the compensations in this leg. Hamstring stretch helps, so I figure the short hamstring puts too much stress on those calf muscles. Also, the knee is fucked up, back of the knee doesn't align everything too well. This is a mess.
