Notes

Felt really good. Pushed hard up and down Westview, then took a detour down to Gunn Road and back on the Manhan. No sensations from the plantar fascia. Tried my best focus on barefoot running form, but so easy to get distracted without sole friction. Was very warmed up by kinstretch prior. Paste from Cronometer:

Some lazy Hip IR and other hip work. Toe yoga with rubber band sitting on 8" blocks. Ankle and knee CARs 5# loaded. Scap CARs loaded 10# DB and 17# KB. Thoracic peel offs, rotations with 20# bag. Ankle dorsiflexion P&R with 17# KB. Dorsiflexion passive range holds and more 5# loaded CARs. 3.25 mile run went very well, Westview and bike path. Toe yoga with rubber band sitting on 8" blocks. 5# loaded ankle CARs. Standing Hamstring P&R on 20". Felt the plantar fascia on this one.
