Notes

Great run. Not the long distance planned, but worth getting off my butt and out the door. Slow first mile 9:37, and then in the middle 8s. Slow mile 5 was 9:00 and mile 6 was 8:00. Oh, my shoes are toast. Uncomfortable on the 5th metatarsal where I wear out every shoe I own. Like stepping into a hole.
