Very fun course, regret missing it all these years. I didn't remember all of it. In fact, I completely forgot one tough section, climbing up a very steep rock face. Immediately after that section though, I remembered every root for the next mile or more. I think being surprised and impressed by that section the first time I ran it 8 or so years ago, my mind was keyed up and everything afterwards was burned in. Nye took home $600 Grand, as he says, being a six-pack of $100 grand bars for 2nd in his age group.
