Tough, tough run. Felt a little in my knee after all the downhill was over, an itchy-ness in my MCL and some soreness on top of my quad. Not sure if it's pain in my quad or femur. I guess tomorrow will tell if I took on more than I should have. Nye did this run too, slower than I but not nearly as wiped out.
