Fourth time I've run this course. Three minutes faster than last year, 4 minutes slower than my PR. This one is usually a struggle, but I took it easy today and had a fun, solid training run. Basically; 8:30, 8, 8, 8:30, 8, 9, 8, 10, 11, 14. That last 14:00 mile included 2 serious sprints, never have finished this race with a sprint before. TWO WEEKS TILL MT. WASHINGTON!
