Lots of bushwhacking, trying to resurrect a long overgrown trail. Tried to use Strava, miserable failure. Times are all rough estimates. It was a very very slow day. Got some good climbs in. The same old climb up to the Quarry summit was good to hit. That was always an essential training run. I just don't train like that anymore. The quick run down was so overgrown, it was unbelievable. Probably took 10 minutes where it took 1 before. Never really got a rhythm.
