Notes

Successful first run since straining my plantar fascia 2 weeks earlier. Knee is all jacked up, I assume from beating on the mat. I've got a bad habit of chasing people on my knees that I have to break. The old patellar tendon injury from a couple few years ago can't take it.

At home, took my time with some kinstretch practice. Loaded Ankle, knee, wrist, elbow CARs. After loaded side-lying knee CARs, did some loaded side lying Hip CARs. This was really nice. There were also some Thoracic wall peels in there. Then some hamstring P&R, tried seated, then standing on the 16 inch mats. Ran 2 miles to test drive the plantar fascia. The knee was a bit sore, no compression sleeve for any of this. Sleeve back on after.
