Notes

This run included a 1.5 mile out and back on Whitney, and an extra loop of the Bluff. Also, I stopped after .75 miles, and at the Summit, and at 6.25 miles to do little core workouts. This was a re-commitment to my core workouts and exploration of my best habits going into the montht before Mt. Washington.
