Notes

Run to the park and back with Nye. At the park I did pullups while he did toes to bar. We both did max dips on the dip bars. He did real well with the toes to bar, so back home I had him do 3 sets of 10 toes to bar and 25 kettlebell swings 25#, while I did ... nothing! Bwahahaha.
