Notes

Run after boxing. Fairly brutal leg workout there, bring sally up paused squats and then burpees to thunderstruck. Felt fine for the first few miles, but had the gristly muscle soreness at the end. Stopped for 10 handstand pushups to hopefully refresh blood supply to the legs.
