Notes

Walked the reservoir, stopped for workouts at the sandpit and both pumphouses. Had some good breath control. Catcrawling the rails is much easier and fast. Beast flow stressed my ankle when pivoting on it, so no more of that. I've got a little swelling below the inside front of the tibia, new sore spot. This is mostly aggravated during cooking, walking and pivoting back and forth. Still feels kind of swollen and hot. Walking improves it, swelling and pain go away. Air cast makes it worse, sore and swollen. How on earth am I supposed to manage this?
