Notes

Long stretch fest beforehand. 17:00 Out, pretty sure it was a 9 and an 8 min mile, saw 9:30 something at Payson ave. At Millpond rec area, did dips, pullups, and beast climbers. Two sets. Dips were 5 straight, switch to 5 on the right, 5 on the left, for the first set. Second set was pretty messy. First set of pullups was 10, second set was 5, 3, 2. Beast climbers added the side sit-out. Did sets of 5 for the first round, sets of 10 for the second round. Toast. On the way back, I was 9:16 and 8:28. During all the running I focussed on running taller, keeping shoulders at pace with opposite forearms, keeping hips lengthy and good paw-through for my right knee.
