Tightness from my thoracic spine injury, as usual when returning to running. About 1 mile in, it took some time to shake. Didn't dissapear entirely, it subsided. Not a twinge from the foot. Early in the morning, I tried to stretch my foot and it hurt quite a bit. Couldn't reproduce it in the afternoon, and so went for this run. The bone is not tender to the touch at all, but if I flex my pinky toe with a grabbing reflex, it hurts. I think this is just tendons, not bone.
