First run at Ashley in awhile. Very minimal standing hamstring and lunge stretches, then 4.2 miles. No watch, so about 40 minutes timed on my phone which I forgot to stop. Very windy, which made for a lot of confusing sensation in the head that complicated posture analysis. Brute force visualization seemed to work and I was able to assess the sensation in my feet and inner/outer leg. Heard a lot of clicking at the TL junction that I couldn't figure out intentionally. My focus on it may have complicated it. In the last mile it vanished as my general approach changed.
