Notes

Completed the course today, with the 5x 10 hindu squats 10 pushups and climbups at the sand pit, also 5x spillway climbs and barrier vaults. Nye did the same, skipping the climbups due to soreness after 4 wrestling matches in the morning. Tough kid.
