Run with Nye, in between kettlebell workouts. Shorter run, more reps.

20X 70# swings

20X 35# windmills

10X 80# squats

2 sets before the run, 2 sets after.

I did 105# on my last squat set, with a 50# and 35# bell. Only got 6, wrist failure.
