Notes
First 2 in 16:06, 3rd in 7:54. Last three in 7:37, 7:44, 7:31. We stopped at the half way point to inspect all the work they're doing to repair the Rail Trail washout area. New drainage has been laid and filled about 1/4 of the way, they have to fill about 12 feet up to the lcurrent level of the rail trail, and pave it.
Before the run I had to switch shoes. On the pavement, my 790's were too painful for my left foot. The index and middle toes have had a sort of sprained or strained pain occasionally over the past six months. Reaching and pressin down with them is painful. Right now, they're fine. I think I'm officially in the market for new road shoes.
