Flow stretch out with Nye. He was really tight, poor form. At Millpond we did hspu, pullups, dropset dips, and flow climbers. I had to break down the flow climbers for him and he just couldn't get it because his hips were all locked up from a week of no stretching. Gave him some coaching on the run back about.. his back that always looks jacked while running. That's part of his poor posture and he was able to correct very well for quite a while.
