Notes

Very slow start after Jiu-jitsu. My legs did not want to move, sore. By the end of the run, I felt fine, could run a few more miles.

Nye did the obstacles, I did my best. Skipped the gravel pit. Jumped up and hung from the first pull up station, started a pull but bailed due to soreness and skipped mountain climbers. Cat crawled the long rail one and a half times. Skipped handstand pushups. Bailed at the monument, I typically rely on the repaired arm, no way. Skipped the last pull up station.

Long time since running at Ashley, noticed a cement pad about 6" x 1' at about the 1 mile mark, maybe they're installing permanent markers?
