Notes

Repeats of the front and back of Monson road, walking down the hill. Not a bad workout. Felt the third set in my legs, drifting from 12:15 to 12:45 minute miles. I think the best-last hard workout for me will be a ten mile tour through Bray valley and across the Mt. Tom summits, Friday.
