No calf issues, victory. This after an afternoon of sporadic bouts of kinstretch and finally some ankle, hamstring, squat focus work and slinging KBs around. During the run, focused on keeping the ankle loose and reactive while the core and hips were engaged. Trying to run more with the hips, coiling tension from the core that lashes out with adaptive feet. At the end of the run played with real strong ramp ups to sprint. Definitely felt balanced left to right from hip to foot like never before and felt this all at once for a few good stretches.
