I suspect this was longer than 3 miles, but I did check the map.

Had a 2 hour bodyweight warmup and workout at home before this. The run was great, a lot of fun bounding around on rocks, I'm sure due to the fact that I was fully warmed up and nimble. Good leg burn. Cut the run short due to lack of dayllight.
