First log under 160lbs in 5 years. Screwed up the watch. Went to the bridge, climbed 3 trusses. Back to millpond for toes to bar, beast climbers, pullups, beast climbers, toes to bar... etc. until we did two sets each of pullups and toes to bar. Beast climbers included 2 pushups between each position. We included the side sit-out. During this I got a strange blister on my left ring finger, and a tear on my right hand. Then, back to the bridge where I got a single truss and didn't want to do more damage. On the trip back I got 9 min for my last mile.
