Notes

At the pumphouse in 15:00, 8 pullups followed by a beast flow workout. A minute to the railings, cat crawled in 1:55. To the summit in 14:40 for beast climbers. 9:00 down to the spillway for 5 climb-outs switching stance and an inversion stretch. 3:39 Later 12 hspu at the modern pumphouse. 7:12 to the last tree for 12 pullups (made up for the 2 I didn't get at the first pumphouse). 5:15 To the finish, full beast flow stretch, deep squats and Troiano type stretches. Totally spent.
